Apply online for Admission to CSREM PGDBM Batch 2009/2011

STEP 1:

Fill up the online registration form.

Note: Online Registration is Provisional until both STEP 1 and STEP 2 are completed.

STEP 2:

Send a Demand Draft of Rs. 300 (Three Hundred only) in favour of CSREM Trust Payable at Bhubaneswar in the following address:

Along with the Demand Draft kindly send copies of following documents:

  1. High School Certificates and Mark sheet.
  2. +2 H.S.C Certificates and Mark Sheet.
  3. Graduation (B.A, B.Sc, Engineering etc.) Certificate and Mark Sheets.
  4. College Leaving Certificatea in orignal.
  5. CAT / XAT / MAT / Orissa JEE score card.
  6. Caste certificate, if applicable.
  7. Physically handicapped certificate, if applicable.
  8. Sports participation certificate, if applicable.
